"Pretty decent organic options, I guess"
They do have a good selection of organic stuff, which is nice. The diet-friendly options are decent too, not exactly life-changing, but at least there’s something to choose from, so that’s appreciated.

"I stopped in after work and felt..."
I stopped in after work and felt like I was bothering the staff just by being there?! I asked where one item was, and all I got was a quick point down an aisle. No hello, no actual help, nothing.
Checkout wasn’t any better. The cashier barely looked up and made it seem like my questions were annoying. This isn’t the first time it’s happened either, so I think I’m done shopping here.

"My online order was fine, just not amazing"
I ordered groceries online from Kings and it was okay overall. The website was easy to get through, but some stuff that said it was in stock ended up getting removed from my order later, which was annoying. Pickup was ready on time though, so that part was good. I also thought the prices were a little higher than I expected. It wasnt a bad experience, just kind of average.

"I stop in here once in..."
I stop in here once in a while, mostly for the deli. Sometimes the meats and salads are really good, but other times they seem kind of dry or like they’ve been sitting around longer than they should. The staff is usually friendly, so no issue there, I just get a little suspicious about how fresh the deli stuff really is from day to day.

"Good store, but stock can be hit or miss"
I actually like ordering from Kings overall, but sometimes the stuff I need is out of stock or ends up getting swapped. It’s not a huge deal, just kind of frustrating when I’m trying to plan meals for the week.

"Probably Just Bad Timing"
I’ve had mixed luck with the produce. Some of the veggies were really fresh, but the berries went bad way faster than I expected. Maybe I just caught them at the wrong time, but it was a little disappointing.

"I reached out to customer service..."
I reached out to customer service with a simple question and expected to hear back fairly quickly. A couple days went by with no response, so I followed up. Then I had to follow up again before I finally got an answer. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it definitely felt frustrating waiting around and having to keep checking in.

"Every time I order, it feels like half..."
Every time I order, it feels like half my stuff gets swapped for the wrong thing. I get that substitutions happen, but compared to other places I’ve used, these are consistently way off.

"Where did all the options go?!"
I tried ordering from Kings Food Markets i was kind of shocked at how limited everything felt. So many basic things were missing or out of stock that I kept thinking, “Wait, seriously?” It feels like the selection has shrunk a ton compared to before. I used to be able to find what I needed, but this time it was just frustrating from start to finish. Definitely not worth it for me anymore.

I shop here once in a while when the deals are actually good. Some things feel a little overpriced, whoever runs this could probably do a better job keeping prices consistent. That said, the quality is usually solid for what I end up paying, especially when there’s a decent sale...

"Not as fresh as they made it seem"
I ordered some fruit and a couple of salad packs from Kings Food Markets, and I felt a little misled. Everything looked like it was supposed to be fresh, especially for the price, but the berries already had soft spots when they arrived and one of the salad bags was starting to brown by the next day. The delivery itself was fine, but the produce quality just wasn’t what I expected. I probably wouldn’t order fresh stuff from them again unless they do a better job checking it first.

"Clean store, easy to shop"
I usually have a good experience here, the store is clean, the aisles are tidy, and it’s easy to find what I need. The only thing I’d like to see improved is the shopping carts, since they could be wiped down more often. Overall though, it’s a nice, well-kept store and I don’t mind shopping here

Pickup has been okay most of the time, nothing too dramatic there. But delivery? Oh my gosh, it feels like a total gamble every single time. It’s usually late, and I end up sitting there checking the app like my life depends on it. If you can pick it up yourself, you’ll probably save yourself the stress.

Bottom line, I’d probably come back for the steaks, but I’d be a little cautious with the seafood. The steak I had was decent and cooked fine, but the last time I ordered the salmon, it had a slightly off smell that made me hesitate

"I just tried placing a grocery order recently..."
I just tried placing a grocery order recently, and the checkout process was a mess. I only had a few items in my cart, but every time I went to review it, the site would freeze or hang like it couldn’t keep up.

The payment step was even worse, it took forever, then somehow sent me right back to the checkout page. Maybe it’s just fresh in my mind because it happened today, but wasting around 20 minutes on one simple order was enough to make me not want to use it again unless they fix it

"Good specialty finds, but not exactly cheap"
I stopped in looking for a few nicer things and did find some great gourmet cheeses and sauces that I definitely don’t see at my regular store. That said, the prices are high, and I got annoyed fast when a few things I wanted were out of stock. I’d come back for special items, but probably not for a full shopping trip

"I keep giving Kings another shot because..."
I keep giving Kings another shot because the weekly sales look good, but too often the price at checkout doesn’t match what was advertised. Then I’m stuck holding up the line while someone tries to fix it, which is frustrating and shouldn’t be on the customer to catch every time.

The digital coupons are even more of a headache. Sometimes they don’t load, sometimes they just don’t apply, and the signs in the store don’t make the terms clear enough. If Kings is going to promote these deals, they need to make sure they actually work and take some accountability when they don’t.

"Refund dragged on and nobody wants to own it"
I sent an item back thinking the refund would be straightforward, but of course it turned into a whole thing. I had to chase them more than once, and every reply was basically vague and not helpful. At this point it’s been way too long, and it still hasn’t been properly sorted. feels like they dropped the ball and just kept passing it around. Super frustrating, and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again

"Pretty easy to find my way around"
I found the store easy to navigate overall. The layout was clear enough that I didn’t have to wander around much, which is great if you’re just trying to grab a few things and get out. I could see it taking a bit longer if you were looking for something specific or unfamiliar, but for a quick browse it worked well.
